Hotel operations, connected

Wlipper is hotel property management software (PMS) for independent hotels, boutique properties, resorts and guesthouses. It brings reservations, room inventory, rates, channel management and guest records into one web platform. Thailand operations include TM30 reporting tools. Our goal is to help a hotel run its daily operations and build its own direct booking relationship with guests.

Direct booking and AI discovery

Hotel-owned direct bookings have 0% Wlipper booking commission. Software subscriptions and payment-provider processing fees are separate. The Wlipper marketplace strategy is 7–10% booking commission, with the exact rate, attribution and billing terms to be agreed before charging. We are also developing the path for travellers' AI assistants to discover partner hotels and help guests book. Public guest booking API and MCP access are planned; search placement, agent traffic and live availability are never guaranteed. Product demonstrations are examples, not offers of real rooms.
